About

Welcome

Welcome to Norfolk Collegiate's online community!
Thank you for taking the time to explore all our school has to offer your family. We hope you enjoy this glimpse into our community as you navigate our site.

For more than 70 years, our faculty and staff have provided not only the best education for students throughout Hampton Roads but also have guided our students to find their passions and paths to success. With our guidance and innovative teaching, our students are equipped to pursue their dreams and become leaders in today’s rapidly changing, technologically advanced world.

For our littlest of acorns, the journey begins in the hallways of our lower school. Our faculty and staff strive each day not only to create a warm and caring community for our students but also to instill a passion for learning and strong moral compass.

This passion continues as students continue to the middle and upper schools. We encourage our students to not only challenge themselves academically, artistically and athletically but also to become their best selves. They learn to balance increasingly rigorous academic opportunities while also immersing themselves in the abundant, diverse student-life opportunities offered at our school.

We understand finding a school that is the right fit for you and your family is important. Nothing can replace the experience you’ll find as you walk through the halls of Collegiate. We invite you to meet our students, parents, faculty and staff who not only make Collegiate a strong community but also one characterized by pride and excellence.

This is an exciting time for us, and we hope you continue learning about our school in person. We want you to witness what makes our school the right fit for your family firsthand. We look forward to seeing you around campus!

I encourage you to connect with Collegiate through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to keep up with all of the special happenings in our community.

Sincerely,

Scott G. Kennedy
