Norfolk Collegiate School Headmaster Scott Kennedy

Welcome to Norfolk Collegiate's online community!

Thank you for taking the time to explore all our school has to offer your family. We hope you enjoy this glimpse into our community that awaits you as you navigate our site.

For more than 70 years, our faculty and staff have provided not only the best education for students throughout Hampton Roads but also in guiding our students to find their passions and paths to success.

With our guidance and innovative teaching, our students are equipped to pursue their dreams and become leaders in today’s rapidly changing, technically-advanced world.

For our littlest of acorns, the journey begins in the hallways of our lower school. Our faculty and staff strive each day not only to create a warm and caring community for our students but to instill a passion for learning and strong moral compass.

The passion continues as they move to the middle and upper schools. There we encourage our students to challenge themselves academically, artistically and athletically to become their best selves. They learn to balance increasingly rigorous academic opportunities while immersing themselves in the abundant, diverse student-life opportunities offered at our school.

We understand finding a school that is the right fit for you and your family is important. Nothing can replace the experience you’ll find as you walk through the halls of Collegiate. We invite you to meet our students, parents and faculty and staff who make this not only a strong community but one full of pride and excellence.

This is an exciting time for us, and we hope you continue learning about our school in person. We want you to witness what makes our school the right fit for your family firsthand. We look forward to seeing you around campus!

I encourage you to visit our website regularly, specifically the events calendar and athletic schedules and to connect with Collegiate through FacebookTwitter, Instagram and YouTube to keep up with all of the special happenings in our community.

Sincerely,
Scott G. Kennedy
