    Middle school students, faculty and families are encouraged to join Coach Trusty for strength & conditioning in the Watt-Baker Gymnasium. 

    Sessions will be held every Monday thru Friday with the exception of July 1 and July 4.

    Varsity & JV Strength & Conditioning

    Varsity and junior varsity athletes are encouraged to join Coach Trusty for strength & conditioning in the Watt-Baker Gymnasium. 

    Sessions will be held every Monday thru Friday with the exception of July 1 and July 4.
