Supporting Our Oaks
In the nearly 70 years since Norfolk Collegiate was established, a lot has changed. We have built new facilities, offered challenging new courses, expanded our arts and athletic programs and increased our student body. Yet the school's spirit of generosity has never changed.
For six decades, parents, grandparents, alumni, trustees, faculty and friends have generously supported Norfolk Collegiate. We are grateful to those who have believed in our vision for the school and supported us throughout the years. However, tuition alone does not cover the full cost of a Norfolk Collegiate education, nor does it provide significant funds to build new buildings or increase our endowment to benefit our faculty and students.
Capital giving is also making a significant difference in Norfolk Collegiate's future. For example, our Meredith Center for the Arts features a 425-seat auditorium, the Beazley Communications Arts Suite, the Leanzo Set Design Studio, and designated areas for our students to immerse themselves in music, dance, drama, journalism and photography programs.
Most recently, your generous donations to the school's Turf Fields & Lights Capital Campaign are elevating the level of play for our student-athletes. Once completed, the fields will provide our students, and the Hampton Roads community, a place to compete in all weather conditions.
Your gifts also help to provide the best teachers, educational resources and facilities. Most importantly, your gifts have a lifetime impact on our students.
Thank you for your continued support.
