• Apply To Be a Vendor at Fall Fair

  The Marketplace Returns! We are bringing back a curated Marketplace featuring local makers, artisans and small businesses. Vendor spaces are limited—apply for consideration today!
  
  The Details:
  

  • The Marketplace will be held on Saturday, Oct. 17, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
  • It's expected to welcome approximately 600 attendees from the Norfolk Collegiate community and surrounding area
  • 10 vendors will be selected by the Fall Fair Committee to create a diverse and engaging shopping experience
  • The vendor fee is $75
  • Each selected vendor will receive a 10'x10' outdoor space
  • Each vendor is responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs and display materials.
  • Electricity will be available, and vendor setup will take place from 8–10 a.m. The event will be held rain or shine.
  • Selected vendors will be notified after the application review process.

• Design Our Homecoming & Fall Fair T-Shirt

  We're inviting all Norfolk Collegiate students and alumni to submit an original design, which will be printed on this year's commemorative Homecoming & Fall Fair T-shirt! 

   

  Your design must:

  • Include Norfolk Collegiate, NOCO, and/or Oaks
  • It can include the year 1948 (when the school was established)
  • Be your own original artwork
  • Be created digitally and submitted as a high-resolution file (300 dpi or higher)
  • Be designed to print well on shirt sizes ranging from Youth XS to Adult 3XL
  • The design must be one color
  • Email designs to Lil Acosta at lacosta@norfolkcollegiate.org
  • Submission Deadline: Friday, Sept. 11, 2026

  A panel of judges will review all eligible entries and select one winning design based on creativity, school spirit and printability.

  Join us as a sponsor of Norfolk Collegiate’s Fall Fair and Oyster Roast! These beloved Homecoming Weekend traditions bring together hundreds of families, alumni, friends and community members for a weekend of food, fun and Mighty Oak spirit.   There are plenty of opportunities to get involved throughout Fall Fair & Homecoming weekend. This is a great way to meet fellow Oaks and help make the event a success.
  
  We are in of volunteers. Grab your friends or family and sign up for a shift or two! Sign-up links are coming soon!

• Play-All-Day Pass & T-Shirts

  PLAY-ALL-DAY PASSES

  • Passes include unlimited access to Fall Fair games and activities for students. Passes can be picked up on Fall Fair day at the information tent on the Franklin Family Fields.
    Individual passes are available in advance for $35. 
  • Passes will be $40 day of the event. 
  • Purchase your play-all-day passes now.

  *Food trucks and some club booths are not included in the play-all-day pass.

• Student Clubs & Organizations

  Show your support for our student-led organizations by purchasing their unique merchandise or playing a game or activity. Funds raised at these booths directly support each club.
