Fall Fair

Join us on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022, for our Fall Fair! This outdoor event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Franklin and Mathas Family Fields brings together the Collegiate community for a day of athletic contests, games, food and more! This event will be one that all age groups can enjoy.

  • Become a Volunteer

    There are plenty of opportunities to get involved throughout Fall Fair & Homecoming weekend. Shifts are 60-minutes and they provide a great opportunity to get to know your fellow Oaks!

    Join us on Friday, Sept. 9, for our Volunteer Information Breakfast. We will go over a variety of ways to volunteer at the school throughout the year, specifically Fall Fair. The event begins at 8:30 a.m. in the Collegiate Cafe. Please RSVP to Lil Acosta.

    Here are some of the ways in which you can volunteer:

    Oyster Roast & “Taste” of Collegiate:

    * Oyster steamer and shucker (10 volunteers)

    Fall Fair: 

    * Set up & break down 
    * Volunteer check-in coordinators (2 volunteers)
    * Activity booth attendants (Students in Grades 6-12 will have the opportunity to sign up for volunteer shifts through their advisory during school; however, parent volunteers are essential to running this event. Please volunteer for a shift via the SignUp Genius links that will be emailed to all current parents.)

  • Play-All-Day Pass

    Play-All-Day Passes

    Presale Play-All-Day Pass sales are now closed. You can purchase a PAD pass at Fall Fair as well as individual tickets on Saturday.

    The play-all-day passes include unlimited access to Fall Fair games and activities for students and can be picked up on the day of Fall Fair at the information tent on the Franklin and Mathas Family Fields.
    * Some exclusions may apply including club booths.
     
    T-shirts
    T-shirt sales are now closed. A limited quantity of T-shirts will be available to purchase at the Fall Fair. Additionally, play-all-day passes may be purchased at the registration tent at Fall Fair. 
     
  • Cornhole Tournament

    We're excited to announce we are hosting Collegiate's inaugural Collegiate Cornhole Tournament for middle school students and up (parents too!).

    To participate, simply head to the DJ booth to register beginning at 11 a.m during Fall Fair. This is a free tournament and game play will begin at 11:30 a.m. with brackets being created upon registration. Winners will receive a prize, and more importantly, bragging rights!
     
  • Student Clubs & Organizations

    Show your support for our student-led organizations by purchasing their unique merchandise or playing a game or activity. Funds raised at these booths directly support each club.
