Learning Resource Center
Norfolk Collegiate's Learning Resource Center (LRC) offers a variety of academic support services for students in grades K-12. The LRC provides individual and small group tutoring for students who need assistance with specific content areas, reading, study skills, motor or listening skills, organization and time management.
The LRC staff also works with teachers to provide required accommodations for students with documented learning disabilities.
Any student or parent may arrange a meeting to discuss academic questions and concerns, review an educational evaluation, and develop suggestions for setting and meeting academic goals through the LRC. The charge for the LRC is $42 an hour or $21 per hour for Lower School students. Middle and Upper School students are able to take advantage of group sessions at a rate of $165 per student per month.
