Summer athletic opportunities abound

There are several opportunities on campus for Norfolk Collegiate's middle and upper school student-athletes to aid in their preparation for the fall season and beyond. All students are welcome to attend these summer sessions in prepartion for the upcoming school year.

Girls Volleyball:

  • Wednesdays from 5:30-7 p.m. in the middle school gym
  • June 28, July 5, 12, 19, 26 and Aug. 2 and 9.

Soccer:

  • Tuesdays from 4-5:30 p.m. on the turf fields
  • June 27, July 11, 18, 25 and Aug. 2

  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3-5 p.m. in the Watt-Baker Gymnasium

Strength and Conditioning Opportunities:

  • Also, we continue to have Fuel Sports Performance running the Summer Strength and Conditioning Program Monday-Fridays from 9-10:30 a.m. and Monday-Thursdays from 4-5:30 p.m. in the Watt-Baker Gymnasium. Students, faculty and parents are welcome to join in the fitness program.

Athletic Trainer Hours:

  • Athletic trainer Justin Seligman will hold office hours Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m.-noon in July. Stop in and say hi!
