How-to: Parent-Teacher Conference Registration

Two-way communication is an important part of our school community, which is why our faculty members strive to meet with parents during times that are convenient to your schedules. We’ve also established a set date for parent-teacher-student conferences on Monday, Oct. 12.

We hope you are able to join us. For your convenience, parents are able to select a meeting timeframe online for Middle and Upper School students.

If you have already selected your time slot, you’re one-step closer; however, if you haven’t scheduled your session yet, there is still time.

Follow the steps below to schedule your parent-teacher-student time slot:

Lower School parents should have received a letter via their child and submitted the form to the students’ homeroom teacher. Please contact Michele Kellum for more information at 757-625-0471.

Middle & Upper Schools only:

Parents need to schedule a time via our online scheduler,

Register (new and returning users)

  1. Enter your email address and push "Login/Create Account."
  2. Fill in the required fields and register.
  3. For each child, enter a student ID and birthdate (enter in the following format mm/dd/yyyy).

Sign In

All you need to do is enter your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can select the forgot password button and a new password will be emailed to you.


  1. Each colored square represents an available meeting time. The legend shows which teacher corresponds to which color, and the times increase as you go down the page.

(Note: you will not see all of the teachers at your school, just the set of teachers with whom your children have classes.) Click on a square to book that time.

  1. You will have the choice of setting a time when you would like a reminder email delivered.
  2. Click "Create Appointment."

Repeat until you have a time with each that teacher you'd like to visit.

    • At any time you can click on "printable schedule" and print the resulting web page to get a hard copy of your schedule. You will also have the option to email your schedule to yourself.
    • If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in at any time with the email address and password you used to create your account. 
    • Click on “Your Schedule” to display and hide your appointments. There will be links to change the time, or cancel the appointment.
