Collegiate offers summer conditioning sessions

Open to students, families, teachers and alumni

Summer break is in full swing, and we want to encourage you to make the most of it with some of the below free conditioning sessions. Coach Brandon Trusty is running conditioning sessions throughout the summer break for students, their parents and our teachers. The sessions are every Monday through Friday from 9:30-10:30 a.m., and Monday through Thursday 4-5 p.m. in the Watt-Baker Gym in the middle and upper school campus.

Additionally, we're hosting opportunities for our students in Grades 6-12 and alumni to get their sweat on through their chosen sports. Whether it be for endurance or technical improvements, we would love to see you this summer. Please note you may join any of these opportunities at any point in the summer:  

Field Hockey | Coach Kelly
