Farmers Market Information
•Set up for vendors will start at 9 a.m. and must be complete by 10:45 a.m.
•Registration fee includes one 10x10 foot space in our market which will be situated in the grassy area between our two back parking lots along Suburban Parkway.
•The parking lots will not be available for unloading or loading for the Farmers Market, as they will be set up with other activities for Fall Fair. On-street parking for unloading and loading will be available to vendors on a first-come, first-serve basis.
•Vendors must provide their own table(s), tent, and/or table coverings, if desired, as long as everything fits within their 10x10 foot space.
•All vendors must complete break down and depart by 4 p.m.
•Norfolk Collegiate staff and Fall Fair volunteers are not responsible for assisting in vendor set up, sales, or break down.
•Table locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. As registration forms and fees are received, priority will be given to those vendors. First paperwork in will receive first choice, etc.
•All vendors who submit their registration by September 29, 2017 will be listed on our limited edition 2017 Norfolk Collegiate Fall Fair reusable shopping bag. Each vendor will receive some of these shopping bags to distribute for customer sales; however, they should still bring their own shopping bags to use once all of the Norfolk Collegiate totes are gone.
•All vendors must email a photo of their products and/or booth display to jstump@norfolkcollegiate.org upon registration.
