Back-To-School Timeline

Welcome back, Oaks!

Over the summer, you will receive several important emails from the school regarding back-to-school information.

To assist in the process, the following is a timeline that breaks down what back-to-school information and documentation is sent to our families. Please make sure you review the items below and return as appropriate any documentation that's needed prior to the start of the 2019-20 school year.

If you have not received the below listed items by the listed date, please reach out to the appropriate division.

The first day of school is Thursday, Aug. 22, 2019, but there will be an opportunity for parents and students to familiarize themselves with the school, teachers, as well as get to know other new students during orientation. Please look in your email mid-August for orientation information, as well as locker set-up information for middle and upper school families.

In most cases, electronic books will be available through Follett beginning July 10, 2019. Also, the faculty has selected iPad apps for student iPads. Students should have these apps installed on their iPads at the start of the school year.
