NCS students Ellen Bouchard ̕12 and Anderson Granger ̕12 are participating in All-District Band for the VMEA 2nd District on February 3rd and 4th. The final concert is Saturday, Feb 5th at Ocean Lakes High School, 885 Schumann Drive, Virginia Beach at 1 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
