Josten visit for Cap & Gown orders
	Wednesday, December 7
	With graduation season officially upon us and the December 15th cap & gown deadline almost here, Jostens has offered to visit Norfolk Collegiate for a December visit.  A Jostens representative will be on campus on Wednesday, December 7th from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. to collect your graduation cap and gown orders.  Orders for invitations and other graduation items will be accepted as well.  If you have not already ordered, we welcome seniors and parents to stop by and visit the representative in the Upper School Lobby during lunch or D bell study hall.  Please remember to bring a check made out to Jostens.    If you require additional information or have any questions, please e-mail Tracey Bigelow at tbigelow@norfolkcollegiate.org.   Thank you for helping us make your senior's last year at Norfolk Collegiate School a memorable one.

	Ordering Caps, Gowns & Accessories
	Jostens on Campus October 18
	A Jostens representative will be on campus on October 18th from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to answer any questions regarding the ordering of caps & gowns, announcements and other graduation accessories.  Orders can be made at this time or on-line for your convenience.    You may also order invitations that day.  The orders are placed through NCS however the Jostens representative will be available to collect your invitation order form and payment (please bring a check).  Please order invitations in multiples of 5 only.  The totals below include tax.                                           10 invitations - $8.93                                          15 invitations - $13.39           20 invitations - $17.85           25 invitations - $22.31           30 invitations - $26.78           35 invitations - $31.24           40 invitations - $35.70     Please be aware that the deadline for ordering graduation invitations and announcements is December 15th.  After this date, orders can no longer be accepted.  (Invitations cannot be ordered on-line.)    If you have questions or need any assistance, please to contact Tracey Bigelow at 757-480-2885, extension 2217.
