Upper School
	In the upper school, our goal is to build on the solid foundation of hard work and academic success found in the middle school to further develop student leadership and emphasize active learning. We strive to offer our students to a wide variety of advanced placement courses, independent study programs and challenging electives in order to create a community of learners willing to take academic risks.   Norfolk Collegiate School students enjoy the academic challenge and breadth of the upper school program while also honing the skills that will prepare them for college and beyond through hands-on field study trips, the exploration of the arts and community service.
